This playthrough covers turns 9 through12 (January 1st – 15th, 1945). By the start of the new year, both shoulders of the Bulge are being threatened by American armor as they maneuver to sever the German supply line to Houffalize. The impending withdrawal of SS panzer divisions further complicates the German defense strategy.

There are few opportunities for the Germans to counterattack but their defense of heavy forest and ridgelines prove to be formidable to the Americans. Casualties begin to mount.

The campaign is played to the very last chit as the Allied net closes on the Ardennes salient in a satisfying conclusion to another excellent design.
